This is a change of command ceremony where Major Wyatt Schneider takes over from Major Charles James. This is about Jan or Feb 70. Took place in our company area (in front of the mail shack)

This was taken off the back porch of my hooch. This porch was a great place to watch fire fights in the village between Eagle and Phu Bai. You can see the guard shack in the middle with the Vietnamese truck driving up to it.

This is the 40MM grenade launcher (pooper), also notice the 7 shot rocket pod. WO Steve Urfer is the guy holding up the aircraft so it won't fall over.

This is a rest/sunning session out behind the 1st platoon hoochs (2nd platoon was the back hoochs nearest the shower). The boys are (left-right) WO Tom Handy, LT Unknown (he was a non-rated arty type assigned to us as a spotter), WO Steve Sampson, WO Steve Urfer, and WO Phil Hornbeck (in full uniform, not getting a tan).
