AC Bob Morris looking up at over flying aircraft while holding a survival radio. The fellow whose face is at the bottom of the picture is WO Tom O'Daniel, who was copilot that day. CE Gary Boop took the picture. We were in a very nice trench (about a meter deep, on the west side of the perimeter of the LZ) which had been prepared and just previously vacated by NVA troops who had moved to the south side during the assault. |
